Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, credits, or repairs for:

Deciding to go elsewhere or change of mind

Experiencing an allergic reaction or irritation. We will always provide you with technical support, remove your lashes free of charge and recommend you seek medical advice.

Insisting on proceeding with a service or design against our professional opinion

Misuse such as poor aftercare, using products not approved for lash extensions, etc.

We have a 48hr guarantee period on all services so in the instance you have any issues please contact us within this timeframe so we can rectify the issue.

Please note that all deposits, pre-paid services, and gift vouchers are not refundable.

However, in the instance that you are unable to attend your appointment, you can still reschedule to another day or time with 24 hours' notice.

In this instance with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, your deposit or prepayment will remain as a credit on your account to go towards a future booking.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to our late cancellation/no-show policies.
